The LIttle Engine That Could . . . Goes To College Gets His PHD Diving right into the review I thought this book was excellent for the beginner, intermediate and advanced soul seeker. I’m a long time soul seeker I work as an event planner so self motivation is the name of the game. The biggest challenge I face is at what level do my values as a professional allow me to go in order to grow my business. That is the main reason I thought this book was a five star. It gave you a great section on determining those values and putting together. For lack of a better word a “game plan” to achieve it.Another point I would like to make is the pacing and flow of this book, a lot of authors who write self help wax poetically about off subject topics and touch on the point of the book. Not author Brandon Stanberg I liked the way he moved the book along at a good clip.He did so by precise and content relevant information.Oh sure there were plenty of real life examples which are always interesting perspective to…

Extremely Inspiring and Motivating Let me start off with saying that I couldn’t have stumbled upon ‘The Happiness Mindset’ at a better time in my life! My husband and I are both battling depression as of the moment, so seeking out happiness, feeling hopeful, and focusing on improving our lives is at the top priority. Brandon Stanberg has truly uplifted me through his book. He laid it out in such a simple to read and understand format by including relevant and inspiring quotes from gifted people, a guideline in how to practice and achieve happiness through each particular strategy, and reasoning behind why a particular point leads to happiness or how unhappiness occurs. Now I can honestly say that I believe it to be possible to change my life for the better, and in turn my husbands life as well simply by using at least one of the twelve strategies listed in ‘The Happiness Mindset’. Dare I say, I think I spot a little glimmer of hope coming back. It’s truly wonderful what revelations…

A Truly Helpful Novel! When I first stumbled upon this novel, I didn’t think I could hold much information with under 90 pages, but after finish reading through it, I can see that I’m truly inspired. Being a small book of roughly 90 pages, The Happiness Mindset does a great job of creating a truly inspiring guide book to be happy. The 12 strategies introduced by Brandon Stanberg are great and applicable to your everyday life. I already have implemented a few of them after reading through it and I already feel happier and inspired.Other self-help books might come off as a little cheesy, only a few of their tips are actually useful in your everyday life, or just down right unhelpful. This isn’t true with Brandon Stanberg’s novel The Happiness Mindset. From the first chapter you can tell that Brandon is well researched on the subject and has studied his techniques on other people prior to writing his novel.I came into this novel a little unsatisfied with my work…
